Top two images by me are based on Sandro Botticelli’s ‘Portrait of a Young Man’ (probably early 1480s). The top image is a drawing in pencil and the middle image is tempera on board. The bottom image shows two portraits by me. The one on the left is based on Antonello da Messina’s painting ‘Portrait of a Man’ (The Condottiero – painted in 1475). I used oil on canvas. The one on the right is a self portrait, acrylic paint and also modelling paste on canvas.
